If I can not pay my membership dues, what should I do?
Staybronzed.com offers the skipadues program, this program allows account holders who put there membership on hold for a fully (in store credit) refundable fee of $5.99 pl tax a month, when they are not using there unlimited. During skipadues months you do not have access to your normal tanning options and such months do not detract from your remaining payments on any 6 month or longer unlimited. You may not cancel any unlimited until taken off of skipadues for at least 30 days
Who Should I contact if I want to cancel my membership?
All memberships are cancealable per your membership agreement with a fee (if you joined on a 6 or 12 month agreement) to accounts in Good standing for just $99.99 (certified funds, from time of our receipt, not your post mark) plus a 30 day notice to stop billing obligations. If your account is past due, please bring it current and then contact Staybronzed.com about the options you may have on your account to cancel.but if you wish to talk to some one about it, you can contact Staybronzed.com Customer service at aacmgtcustomerservice@yahoo.com.
What does Freezing of my membership time do?
It does not cancel or alter your scheduled payments in any way, but it rolls over any unused membership time, to the end of your membership so you can use that time later. So it works just like roll over minutes on a cell phone.
Can I change the credit card on file that you bill monthly?
Yes just call 1-888-826-3339 or go to the pay dues now tab, on this website under customer service and enter your client number
What is my client number?
It is a number assigned to you from Staybronzed.com once your membership has been processed.
Can I cancel or Transfer my membership in a TanMan Store or get a refund?
No Staybronzed.com tanning stores are not authorized to do any membership cancelations, transfers or to refund any money for any reason. Please contact aacmgtcustomerservice@yahoo.com for assistance in any of these matters
